Claims
1. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis, containing taurodeoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
2. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis according to claim 1, wherein taurodeoxycholic acid is a compound represented by the following chemical formula 2 .
3. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis according to claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is a sodium salt.
4. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis according to claim 1, wherein the composition reduces the expression of factors associated with pulmonary fibrosis.
5. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis according to claim 4, wherein the factors associated with pulmonary fibrosis are COL1α1, α-SMA or PAI-1.

A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis according to claim 1, wherein pulmonary fibrosis is selected from the group consisting of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, non-specific interstitial pneumonia, acute interstitial pneumonia, cryptogenic organizing pneumonia, interstitial lung disease associated with respiratory bronchiolitis, desquamative interstitial pneumonia, lymphoid interstitial pneumonia, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis and diffuse pulmonary fibrosis.
7. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis according to claim 1, further comprising one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
8. A functional health composition for preventing or improving pulmonary fibrosis, containing taurodeoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
9. A food composition for preventing or improving pulmonary fibrosis, containing taurodeoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
10. A method for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis, comprising the step of administering to a patient taurodeoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
11. The use of taurodeoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
12. Use of taurodeoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as a functional health composition for the prevention or improvement of pulmonary fibrosis.
