Claims
1. A connecting tool (1) for connecting at least two elements (8, 9) to be connected by means of a retaining element (30) and a closing element (51) of the retaining element (30), wherein the tool (1) comprises a longitudinal body or handle (2) extending in the longitudinal direction (D) from the proximal end (1a) to the distal end (1b), wherein a reel (31) is provided at the proximal end (1a), wherein the retaining element (30) is twisted, and in the proximal end (1a) the tool (1) comprises a retaining mechanism (4) comprising a movable arch (41) extending from the central part of the handle (2) to the retaining head (42), wherein the tool (1) is characterized in that: - it is semi-automatic, by manually starting the button (2a) at least the main engine (6) and the auxiliary engine (34) are started, and - the main engine (6) is connected and starts the holding mechanism (4) and the closing mechanism (5) of the holding element (30) by means of the closing element (51), wherein - the closing mechanism (5) is provided inside the handle (2), and the holding head (42) of the holding mechanism (4) is provided on the feed head (33), wherein - an auxiliary motor (34) is connected to and starts the feed mechanism of the holding element (30), which comprises a guide (32) extending from the reel (31) at the proximal end (1a) to the feed head (33) at the distal end (1b), where the holding element (30) comes out, and - the retaining element (30) is a flexible and elastic elastomer, covering at least two elements (8, 9) to be connected and closing by means of a closing element (51).
2. The connecting tool (1) according to claim 1, in which the closing element (51) is hard, rigid and deformable, such as a staple.

The coupling tool (1) according to claim 1, in which the main engine (6) is connected to a shaft (7) provided inside the handle (2) and starting the movement of the wedge (52) connected to the movable arch (41) of the holding mechanism (4) by means of at least a rod (41b) connected to the arch (41) rotating relative to the axis (41a) in the central part of the handle (2).

The tying tool (1) according to claim 1, in which the retaining head (42) comprises a trigger element (44) and a hook (43) connected and movable relative to each other at the distal end (1b) of the tool (1), wherein the trigger element (44) is movable in a direction perpendicular (P) to the longitudinal direction (D) and comprises at least two upper and lower guides (44a, 44b), a lower projection (44c) and a lateral projection (44d) connected to a trigger spring (45), wherein the upper guide (44a) is longitudinal in the direction (P), and the lower guide (44b) comprises a “U” shape having a base inclined in the direction (D), and two upper ends intended to lock the open and closed position of the hook (43).
5. The connecting tool (1) according to claim 4, in which the hook (43) is movable longitudinally and radially from at least two upper (43a) and lower (43b) connection points connected by a spring (43d), and wherein the hook (43) comprises a longitudinal body having a punch (43c) at the lower end.

The connecting tool (1) according to claim 4, in which the trigger element (44) and the hook (43) are connected by means of at least two connection points (43a, 43b), wherein the upper connection point (43a) is movable inside the upper guide (44a) of the trigger element (44) in the perpendicular direction (P), and the lower connection point (43b) is movable inside the lower guide (44b) of the trigger element (44) in at least two directions, longitudinal (D) and perpendicular (P).
7. The tying tool (1) according to claim 1, wherein the retaining head (42) comprises a locking plate (46), a cutting pusher (47), a guide element (48a) and a closing pusher (48b), arranged in a fixed manner from the distal end (1b) to the proximal end (1a), respectively.
8. The binding tool (1) according to claim 7, in which the fixing plate (46) comprises an opening opposite the protruding punch (43c) of the hook (43) of the holding head (42).

The binding tool (1) according to claim 1, in which the feed head (33) comprises at least a system of gears (34a) driven by an auxiliary motor (34), connected to at least a system of rollers (34b) facing each other, which guide the holding element (30) in a perpendicular direction (P) to the groove (36) at the distal end (1b).
10. The binding tool (1) according to claim 9, in which at least the roller (34b) has grooves.

The coupling tool (1) according to claim 1, in which the closing mechanism (5) of the retaining element (30) by means of the closing element (51) comprises at least two rocker arms (53) connected crosswise by a center (54) of rotation, and a spring (54a) on a wedge (52) in the longitudinal direction (D), wherein each rocker arm (53) comprises a projection (55) at the distal end, wherein on each rocker arm (53) and between the projections (55) a set of closing elements (51) is provided, and wherein the movement of the rocker arm (53) is started by the movement of the wedge (52).

The tying tool (1) according to claim 1, in which the tool (1) comprises a dial regulator (2b) at the proximal end (1a) of the handle (2), which determines the amount of the holding element (30) fed by the feed head (33), by means of connection with an electronic board sending information and movement commands to the main (6) and auxiliary (34) motors.
