Abstract
A method for determining the indication for the prevention of persistent AR in the form of problem-based learning in primary school children, consisting of determining the body mass index (BMI, kg / m 2 ) within the range of +1 SDS or more, taking into account the age and sex of the child and IL 1β using the enzyme immunoassay method; with IL 1β equal to or more than 0.029 pg / ml, a child with overweight / obesity is classified as being at high risk for the development of persistent AR, requiring prevention in the form of problem-based learning.
