Abstract
A comprehensive mobile method for processing, rendering harmless and recycling oil sludge, including their extraction from oil sludge storage facilities, ponds, settling tanks, landfills by means of an oil sludge extraction "unit" using special devices and excavators, skimmers, bulldozers, etc. adapted to specific conditions, and the extracted sludge is loaded into heat-insulated heated receiving and storage tanks equipped with low-speed paddle mixers and ring heat exchangers located along the walls of the tanks, in which the oil sludge is averaged and heated to 60-75 ° C, after which it is directed using a pump system or a screw mechanism (NS or SM) into a system of one or more cyclone centrifuges, in which a very effective separation of the oil, water and solid phases occurs, which are collected by NS and SM in separate storage tanks for the water phase, the oil phase and a sediment collector - solid phase isolated from oil sludge, and further,the sediment is discharged from the collector with the help of a SM into a block intended for further processing and disposal, the aqueous phase is fed by the NS into the separator, where an almost complete separation of the phases into water and oil product occurs, which are drained into the appropriate storage tanks (water and oil product separately), while a small amount of the separated sediment is discharged into a container - a solid phase storage tank, from which the resulting solid part (sediment) is sent by means of a SM into a cylindrical drum-type tank, where a temperature of 60-75 ° C is constantly maintained by heating with a heat exchanger located inside the tank, and / or burners located outside for washing and separating the remains of oil products from the solid phase (sand, clay, silt and other soil), and there, in a constantly rotating tank, the aqueous phase formed after passing the separator (fine cleaning block) is fed and by constant mixing in an aqueous medium heated to 60-75 ° C,the solid sediment (soil) is washed and removed from the container, and then, using a screw mechanism, it is practically clean, with a small amount of contamination (no more than 1 g / dm, 3 ) of oil and petroleum products, is moved into a cylindrical, constantly slowly rotating drum-type container, equipped with burners of a special design, constantly maintaining the temperature inside the chamber in the range from 400 to 700 °C, where, with constant shaking and pouring of soil due to the rotation of the drum, at the specified temperature, all organic substances contained in the solid sediment (soil) are completely burned out, and the calcined soil is moved by means of a SM into storage tanks, while the composition consisting of water and petroleum products is pumped by the NS into a fine cleaning unit with a separator for further separation into phases.
