Confectionery with a construction set

Claims

1. A confectionery product with a construction set, which contains a hollow body made of food material, consisting of two parts, inside which a detachable plastic container consisting of two parts is inserted with parts of at least one plastic toy, which form a construction set, characterized in that the body of the product is made in the form of a chest with a lid, the construction set is made of a polymeric material for the food industry in the form of sprue frames, inside which individual parts of at least one plastic toy are located, connected to the frame and to each other by supply sprues and jumpers.

2. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the body in the form of a chest with a lid is made of chocolate, caramel, wafer, or any combination thereof.

3. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a cord with protruding ends is laid along the perimeter of the body at the junction of the lid with the main part of the chest.

4. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the container inserted inside the body has at least one wall made in the form of a part of at least one toy of the construction set.

5. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 4, characterized in that the part of the construction set toy, on at least one wall of the container, is made in the form of a contour on its flat surface.

6. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 4, characterized in that the part of the construction set toy, on at least one wall of the container, is made in the form of a convex volumetric figure.

7. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the sprue frames with parts are located in the container vertically relative to the lid of the chest and parallel to each other.

8. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the sprue frames with the construction set parts are located in the container, pre-connected to each other to form a three-dimensional figure, and the sprue frames themselves are made in the shape of the corresponding faces of this figure.

9. A confectionery product with a construction set according to paragraph 8, characterized in that the sprue frames with construction set parts located in the container form several identical volumetric figures inserted into each other.

10. A confectionery product with a construction kit according to any of paragraphs 1, 8, 9, characterized in that the container inserted into the body is made in the form of a parallelepiped, and the sprue frames with parts placed in the container are connected to each other to form one or more parallelepipeds inserted into each other.
