Claims

1. A method for controlling a tunnel device, including respectively determining a first distance between the first side surface of the tunnel device housing and the first side wall of the tunnel and a second distance between the second side surface of the tunnel device housing and the second side wall of the tunnel; wherein the first side surface faces the first side wall, and the second side surface faces the second side wall; adjusting the direction of movement of the tunnel device depending on the first distance and the second distance so that the angle between the central axis of the tunnel device and the central axis of the tunnel is less than a predetermined angle, and the maximum distance between the central axis of the tunnel device and the central axis of the tunnel is less than a predetermined distance; and control of a tunneling device to perform tunneling operations in accordance with the established tunneling standard.

The method for controlling a tunnel device according to claim 1, wherein the step of regulating the direction of movement of the tunnel device in accordance with the first distance and the second distance includes: determining the difference in distances between the first distance and the second distance; determining the direction of movement of the tunnel device in accordance with the first distance and the second distance when the difference in distances exceeds a predetermined difference; determining the distance traveled by the tunnel device in accordance with the first distance and the second distance; and control of the tunnel device to move in accordance with the direction of movement and the distance traveled.

The method for controlling a tunnel device according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining the direction of movement of the tunnel device in accordance with the first distance and the second distance includes: determining the direction of movement towards the first side wall when the first distance is less than the second distance; determining the direction of movement towards the second side wall when the first distance is less than the second distance.

4. A method for controlling a tunnel device according to paragraph 2, in which the distance traveled is determined according to a predetermined formula |X1-X2|÷2=X; where X1 is the first distance; X2 - second distance; X is the travel distance.

A method for controlling a tunnel device according to any of paragraphs 1-4, further comprising: obtaining point cloud data on the front wall of the tunnel in front of the tunneling device when the excavation volume reaches the established excavation rate on the central axis of the tunneling device; determination, based on the point cloud data, of an area with insufficient excavation of soil on the front wall of a tunnel, in cases where the volume of excavation does not achieve the established excavation standard; control of a tunnel boring machine for carrying out tunneling operations in an area with insufficient soil excavation.

The method for controlling a tunnel device according to claim 5, wherein before the step of obtaining point cloud data on the front wall of the tunnel in front of the tunnel device, the method further includes adjusting the position of the tunnel device such that the central axis of the tunnel device coincides with the central axis of the tunnel.

7. A tunnel device control device, including: a data collection unit configured to respectively determine a first distance between the first side surface of the tunnel device housing and the first side wall of the tunnel and a second distance between the second side surface of the tunnel device housing and the second side wall of the tunnel; wherein the first side surface faces the first side wall, and the second side surface faces the second side wall; a control unit configured to regulate the direction of movement of the tunnel device depending on the first distance and the second distance in such a way that the angle between the central axis of the tunnel device and the central axis of the tunnel is less than a predetermined angle, and the maximum distance between the central axis of the tunnel device and the central axis of the tunnel is less than a predetermined distance; and the control unit is additionally configured to control the tunneling device for performing tunneling operations in accordance with the established tunneling standard.

8. A device for controlling a tunnel device, including a processor and a memory unit, where the memory unit contains a program or instructions stored therein; the program or instructions are executed by the processor, wherein the program or instructions, during execution by the processor, carry out the steps of the method for controlling the tunnel device according to any of paragraphs 1-6.

9. A tangible information carrier, wherein the program or instructions are stored on the tangible information carrier, wherein the program or instructions, during execution by the processor, carry out the steps of the method for controlling the tunnel device according to any of paragraphs 1-6.

10. A tunnel device that includes a tunnel device control device according to paragraph 7 or 8.
