Abstract
Description
[0001] The utility model relates to lifting and transport engineering, namely to devices for packaging cargo with or without a special outer coating, their loading and unloading using lifting machines into vehicles and further transportation.
[0002] A ROUND-STRAIN CARGO SLING WITH A DAMPING COVER (RU 214276 U1, published 01.09.2022) is known, comprising a strength core, which is a bundle of polyester strands, placed in a textile cover containing a damping zone, including an elastic flexible elongated element fixed in a stretched state to the cover along the entire length of the damping zone of the cover. In a particular case of implementing the utility model, the sling is a two-loop sling. The technical result of the known sling is to protect the cover of the sling when the sling is stretched under load by ensuring uniform distribution of the cover along the entire length of the sling. A disadvantage of the known sling is the impossibility of its use for large-sized, unstuffed cargo.
[0003] The closest in technical essence is the PACKAGING LOOP TEXTILE SLING (RU 205029 U1, published on June 24, 2021), comprising an open textile tape forming two branches of a lifting loop with loops at both ends, passing into a packaging loop consisting of turns of the open textile tape with the possibility of tightening the open textile tape and fixing it when lifting the load by the loops at the ends of the two branches of the lifting loop. Each of the two branches of the lifting loop is located between the turns of the packaging loop. Moreover, an unpacking loop is made on one turn of the packaging loop. The technical result of the claimed utility model consists in packaging the load during its lifting and maintaining the shape of the load package after its lowering without the use of fixing devices.The disadvantage of the known sling is the impossibility of its use for large-sized, non-stacked loads, and also due to the fact that the known sling contains turns of open textile tape, there is a possibility of part or all of the load falling out between the turns during packaging, and subsequently during movement and loading / unloading of the load.
[0004] The objective of the utility model is to create a device that allows for the reliable packaging of cargo while increasing the convenience of slinging the cargo.
[0005] The technical result consists in providing the possibility of slinging a load with a sling both in a finished (reeved) form and in a disassembled form with reeving of the sling during its placement on the load.
[0006] The technical result is achieved by a textile self-tightening bundling loop sling containing an open bundling tape that forms two lifting branches with lifting loops at both ends, wherein the bundling tape is formed by sewn relatively long and relatively short textile tapes, wherein the sewing of the end of the relatively short textile tape to the middle part of the relatively long textile tape is carried out with the formation of an additional third free end of the relatively long tape, on which a buckle is placed.
[0007] The utility model is illustrated by drawings.
[0008] Fig. 1 shows the general view of the reeved sling and the sling reeving;
[0009] Fig. 2 - general view of the unslung sling, textile tapes:
[0010] a) - conditionally long textile tape, b) - conditionally short textile tape.
[0011] The self-tightening textile loop sling (Fig. 1, 2) contains a conventionally long textile tape 1, a conventionally short textile tape 2, which form lifting branches with lifting loops 3, 4, places for sewing the textile tapes: 5 - sewing the ends of the textile tape 1 to the tape 1 itself, 6 - sewing the end of the textile tape 2 to the tape 2 itself, 7 - sewing the textile tapes 1 and 2, buckle 8.
[0012] The self-tightening textile loop sling is made by sewing a relatively long textile tape 1 with a relatively short textile tape 2, so that ultimately three free ends of the packaging tape are obtained: lifting loops 3 and 4 are formed on the two free ends of the tape, and a buckle 8 is placed on the third free end to enable tightening of the sling.
[0013] The conventionally long textile tape 1 contains a lifting loop 3, a buckle 8. The conventionally short textile tape 2 contains a lifting loop 4.
[0014] When stitching a relatively long textile tape 1 and a relatively short textile tape 2, the following types of stitching are formed:
[0015] sewing the ends of tape 1 to tape 1 to form stitches 5 - sewing the ends of tape 1 to tape 1 itself to form a lifting loop and sewing the opposite end of tape 1 to tape 1 itself to form a loop holding the buckle;
[0016] sewing the end of tape 2 to tape 2 itself to form stitching 6 to form a lifting loop;
[0017] stitching the middle part of the tape 1 with the opposite end of the tape 2 to form stitching 7.
[0018] Textile tape 2 is sewn to textile tape 1 in such a way that when the bag is formed, the buckle is on the opposite side, located symmetrically relative to the bag on the side.
[0019] When bundling cargo, a non-reeved, self-tightening, looped textile sling is inserted under the load at any convenient location so that buckle 8 is positioned opposite the seam 7 of the two textile straps. Then, by threading lifting loop 3 of the relatively long textile strap 1 through buckle 8 and reeving it, a bundling loop is formed. A reeved sling can also be used; in this case, the relatively long textile strap 1 is first reeved into the buckle and then inserted from the end of the load.
[0020] When using the sling, one free end with a packing loop provides only one reeving in the buckle on the second free end of the sling, and the third free end with a second lifting loop provides balancing and tight packing of the load when lifting.
