Description

The field of technology to which the utility model belongs

[0001] The utility model relates to textile bedding products, in particular, to quilts intended for use by two people requiring different levels of warmth. More specifically, the utility model concerns a quilt consisting of two interconnected sections (parts), each of which has an individual thermal characteristic and can be used either together or separately. Prior Art

[0002] Various types of blankets and quilts used for sleeping are known in the art. Standard blankets are a single sheet, uniformly filled with insulation throughout, providing a uniform level of thermal protection for all users. However, it is known that people sleeping in the same bed often have different warmth needs: one user is comfortable under a light blanket, while another requires a warmer blanket. Using a single blanket with uniform thermal protection results in discomfort for one user.

[0003] A bed coverlet known from the prior art has at least two zones with different thermal insulation (patent application GB 2029695 A Bed cover, IPC A47G9 / 02, published 1980-03-26). The difference in thermal insulation is achieved by varying the mass per unit area in different zones of the coverlet, for example, by using yarn of different thicknesses, a different number of wefts per unit length, or by joining two separately manufactured fabrics. A quilted coverlet variant is also known in which the difference in thermal insulation is achieved by varying the amount of insulation in the zones. A disadvantage of this known solution is the inability to separately use the zones with different thermal insulation as independent products. Furthermore, the known coverlet is a single, integral piece of fabric, which does not allow for individual adaptation of the thermal insulation for each of the two users by independently connecting and disconnecting the corresponding sections.

[0004] A configurable blanket, bedspread, duvet or similar article is known, comprising at least two separate parts, comprising a first part and a second part, connected to each other by at least one first fastener, wherein the first part has a first weight, thickness, material, composition and / or thermal rating (tog), and the second part has a second weight, thickness, material, composition and / or thermal rating different from the first, and at least one first fastener is located along the corresponding first edge of the first and second parts (patent application AU 2021106909 A4, IPC A47G9 / 02, published on 25.11.2021). According to the proposal, at least one second fastening element can be located along the corresponding second edge of the first and second parts, which, when connected, form a sleeping bag.

[0005] The disadvantage of the known technical solution is the use of single fasteners (for example, one zipper) to connect parts, which does not provide double overlap and tightness of the joint, as well as the possibility of contact between the fastener elements and the user's body.

[0006] The proposed utility model is intended to eliminate the above-mentioned and other disadvantages of the known prior art solutions in this area. The essence of the utility model

[0007] According to the present utility model, a blanket is proposed, comprising first and second sections, each of which includes first and second fabric surfaces and insulation located between them, wherein the first section has a first thermal resistance, and the second section has a second thermal resistance, different from the first, according to the utility model, the blanket is provided with a means for detachably connecting the first and second sections, including two pairs of zippers and configured to be cross-connected, ensuring mutual overlap of the first and second sections, wherein the first zipper and the second zipper are located in parallel on the first section, and the third zipper and the fourth zipper are located in parallel on the second section.

[0008] The first section is provided with a first zipper located along its edge and a second zipper located parallel to the first zipper at a distance from it and hidden in a first pocket formed by a first additional strip of fabric sewn to the first section.

[0009] The second section is provided with a third zipper located along its edge, and a fourth zipper located parallel to the third zipper at a distance from it and hidden in a second pocket formed by a second additional strip of fabric sewn to the second section.

[0010] In this case, the first zipper is configured to be connected to a fourth zipper, and the second zipper is configured to be connected to a third zipper, so that when the sections are connected, their edges overlap each other, forming a double seal at the connection point.

[0011] According to an embodiment of the utility model, the means for detachable connection is designed with the possibility of cross-connection, ensuring mutual overlap of the sections.

[0012] According to an embodiment of the utility model, the distance between a pair of zippers of the first or second section is from 2 to 15 cm, which ensures reliable closure and prevents the penetration of cold air.

[0013] According to an embodiment of the utility model, the first insulation material is a polyester fiber with a density of 300 g / m 2 , and the second insulation is polyester fiber with a density of 200 g / m 2 .

[0014] According to an embodiment of the utility model, the size of each of the first and second sections individually is 200 cm in length and 135 cm in width, which allows them to be used as separate single blankets.

[0015] The technical objective of the utility model is to expand the arsenal of means for the specified purpose, increasing the reliability of the connection of sections, improving the thermal insulation properties at the junction and increasing user comfort by eliminating contact with fastener elements. [0020] The proposed utility model is further described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0021] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, blanket 1000 comprises a first section 10 and a second section 20, each of which is a classic blanket. The first section 10 includes a first fabric surface and a second fabric surface, and a first insulator located therebetween. Thus, the first fabric surface and the second fabric surface are connected along the perimeter by seams, forming a closed cover in which the first insulator is placed. Moreover, the first section has a first thermal resistance.

[0022] Similarly, the second 20 section includes third and fourth fabric surfaces and a second insulating layer located between them. The second section has a second thermal resistance, different from the first.

[0023] The fabric surfaces of each section are stitched around the perimeter and can also have internal stitching to secure the insulation and give it a decorative look.

[0024] The difference in thermal resistance between sections is achieved by using insulation with different thermal insulation properties. In the preferred embodiment, the first insulation is made of 300 g / m2 polyester fiber. 2 , which provides higher thermal resistance, and the second insulation is made of polyester fiber weighing 200 g / m 2 , which provides lower thermal resistance. This allows for the different heating needs of two users to be met.

[0025] The sections are connected by means of a detachable connection consisting of four zippers (110, 120, 210, 220), as shown in Fig. 3, 4. The first 110 zipper is located along the edge of the first 10 section. Parallel to it, at a distance of 2 to 15 cm inside the section, the second 120 zipper is located (in Fig. 4 it is shown schematically for the purpose of understanding its location), which is hidden in the first pocket 130. The first pocket 130 is formed by an additional strip of fabric sewn to the fabric surface of the first section. Similarly, along the edge of the second section, a third 210 zipper is located, and parallel to it, at a distance of 2 to 15 cm inside the section, a fourth 220 zipper is located (in Fig. 4 it is shown schematically for the purpose of understanding its location), hidden in the second pocket 230 made of an additional strip of fabric sewn to the fabric surface of the second section.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the distance between a pair of zippers on a section, in particular from the edge of the section to the parallel zipper in the pocket, is 10.5 cm. This particular size provides an optimal balance between the amount of useful overlap of the sections, ensuring the tightness of the joint, and the convenience of connecting and disconnecting the zippers.

[0027] To assemble the blanket 1000, the first 110 zipper is connected to the fourth 220 zipper, and the second 120 zipper is connected to the third 210 zipper. When the first 110 zipper is connected to the fourth 220 zipper and the second 120 zipper is connected to the third 210 zipper, the adjacent edges of the first and second sections overlap. This overlap causes the edges of the sections to overlap each other and form a double seal at the junction. The joint is completely covered on both sides of the 1000 blanket: on one side, it's covered by a pocket (130 or 230) from one of the first or second sections, and on the other side, by a pocket from the other section. This increases the reliability of the section connection, improves thermal insulation properties at the joint, and enhances user comfort by eliminating contact with the fastening elements.

[0028] According to the embodiment of the utility model, the first and second sections individually measure 200 cm in length and 135 cm in width, allowing them to be used as separate single duvets. When folded, they form a double duvet measuring 200 x 270 cm. The proposed design provides not only comfort due to its different thermal insulation properties but also versatility.
