Abstract
Description
[0001] FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY
[0002] The utility model relates to household and personal use items, namely table mirrors intended for cosmetic processing, primarily the application of hygienic and decorative cosmetics.
[0003] STATE OF THE ART
[0004] The prior art discloses a device CN 208074747 U IPC F21S 8 / 00, F21V 19 / 00, F21V 23 / 04, F21V 33 / 00, F21W 131 / 302, F21Y 115 / 10 (priority 11.05.2018), consisting of a metal base with touch controls, a Bluetooth player and a night light, a light-transmitting stand, an arched support with two symmetrical connectors that provide rotation of a mirror with perimeter illumination. The device features that coincide with the essential features of the claimed utility model are a base, a night light, a light-transmitting stand, and a mirror with perimeter illumination.
[0005] A drawback of the existing solution is its limited ability to adapt to changing spatial operating conditions, due to the mirror's position being adjusted only by rotating it around its axis. An additional drawback is the inability to adjust the brightness of the night light, which limits the device's adaptability to lighting conditions. Furthermore, the location of the night light at the base of the device limits the effectiveness of its light diffusion.
[0006] A cosmetic mirror BORK D685 (https: / / www.bork.ae / eShop / Beauty-Care / d685 / ) is known from the prior art and was chosen as a prototype. The device consists of a flat base, a stand with controls, light mode and charge level indicators, a charging port and a connector mounted in the center of an oval opening with the ability to tilt; and a housing with an eccentrically located hinge for height adjustment, a main mirror, a magnetic magnifying mirror and perimeter lighting with the ability to control its brightness and color. The device features that coincide with the essential features of the claimed utility model are a base, a stand, controls, a charge level indicator, a charging port, a connector, a housing with an eccentrically located hinge, a main mirror with a magnetic magnifying mirror and perimeter lighting with the ability to control its brightness and color.
[0007] A drawback of the known solution is its limited ability to adapt to changing lighting conditions, due only to the ability to change the brightness level of the perimeter lighting. An additional drawback is the flat base, which, due to the lack of stability, makes it difficult to adjust its position to changing spatial conditions. The presence of several moving parts at the junction between the stand and the housing complicates adjustment of the housing's position and can reduce the reliability of its fixation in a given spatial position.
[0008] DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE UTILITY MODEL
[0009] The technical problem that the claimed utility model is aimed at solving is the creation of a tabletop cosmetic mirror that eliminates the shortcomings of analogs of the previous level of technology.
[0010] The technical result, which the claimed technical solution is aimed at achieving, is to ensure the regulation of the illumination level of a tabletop cosmetic mirror.
[0011] The technical result is achieved in that a tabletop cosmetic mirror consisting of a base, a stand, a connector, a housing with an eccentrically located hinge, a main mirror, a magnetic magnifying mirror and perimeter lighting with the ability to control its brightness and color, additionally contains a light source adjustable in brightness in the stand with openings located along its circumference, wherein the connector is mounted fixedly on the upper part of the stand, the eccentrically located hinge is designed with the ability to tilt the housing, and the base is made in the form of a truncated cone with an axis offset towards the stand.
[0012] In the preferred embodiment of the tabletop cosmetic mirror, the charge level indicator is designed as a display located on the main mirror, along the edges of which are touch controls for the brightness and color of the perimeter lighting, and the control element for the power and brightness of the light source located in the stand is located on the upper end of the stand.
[0013] Since one of the essential conditions for the operation of a tabletop cosmetic mirror is the level of illumination, the distinctive features, namely the presence of an additional adjustable light source in the stand with holes located along its circumference to form additional local lighting in low-light conditions, as well as the ability to control the brightness and color of the perimeter lighting, together provide adjustment of the illumination level of the tabletop cosmetic mirror.
[0014] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
[0015] The technical result is explained by drawings:

[0017] Fig. 2 - general view of a tabletop cosmetic mirror with a light source turned on in the stand and without a magnetic magnifying mirror;
[0018] Fig. 3 - view of the back side of the tabletop cosmetic mirror body;

[0020] Fig. 5 - side view of a tabletop cosmetic mirror with the body in the extreme lower position.
[0021] IMPLEMENTATION OF A UTILITY MODEL
[0022] The tabletop cosmetic mirror comprises: a base 1 made in the form of a truncated cone with an axis offset towards a stand 2, inside which a light source is installed opposite the openings 3 located along its circumference, and on the upper end of which an element 4 for controlling the power and brightness of the light source is installed, under which a connector 5 is fixedly installed in the upper part of the stand 2, the other end of which is connected to a hinge 7 eccentrically located in the housing 6, made with the possibility of tilting the housing 6, on the front side of which a main mirror 8 is installed with a magnetic magnifying mirror 9, a display 10 for indicating the charge level and touch elements 11 for controlling the brightness and color of the perimeter illumination 12 located along the perimeter of the main mirror 8, and on the back side of the housing 6 a charging port 13 and an element 14 for controlling the power of the device are located.
[0023] The tabletop cosmetic mirror operates as follows: to create conditions for comfortable application of hygienic and decorative cosmetics, the user installs the device by placing its base 1 on a flat surface and, depending on his spatial position and the position of the device, adjusts the height of the housing 6 by rotating the eccentrically located hinge 7 downwards by 180°, with the help of which he also tilts the housing 6 to the required angle in order to select the optimal position of the main mirror 8.In this case, the execution of the base 1 in the form of a truncated cone with an axis shifted towards the post 2 ensures the stability of the device during its adaptation to the spatial operating conditions, and the execution of the connector 5 of the post 2 as fixed in the presence of an eccentrically located hinge 7 with the possibility of tilting the housing 6 ensures a reduction in the number of moving elements in the connection unit of the post 2 and the housing 6, which simplifies the adjustment of the position of the housing 6 and increases the reliability of its fixation in a given spatial position, maintaining the adaptive capabilities of the device to the spatial operating conditions.
[0024] Then, by means of the power control element 14 of the device, the user switches on the perimeter illumination 12 and, depending on the lighting conditions, by means of the touch elements 11, selects the required color mode and brightness level of the perimeter illumination 12. In the event that the brightness of the perimeter illumination 12 is insufficient, for example, for illuminating adjacent surfaces, the user, by means of the control element 4 installed on the upper end of the stand 2, switches on an additional light source installed opposite the openings 3 located along the circumference of the stand 2, after which, by means of a long press on the control element 4, adjusts its brightness level, adapting the device to the lighting conditions.
[0025] When applying hygiene and decorative cosmetics, the user uses a magnetic magnifying mirror 9, which allows for a magnified reflection without changing the spatial position of the device or the user. Furthermore, the magnetic nature of the magnifying mirror 9 allows it to be moved across the surface of the main mirror 8, further enabling the device to adapt to spatial operating conditions.
[0026] To inform the user about the exact state of the charge level during operation, a charge level display 10 is located on the main mirror 8, which also signals the need to timely connect the charging port 13 to the electrical network, which helps maintain the adaptability of the device to lighting conditions.
[0027] Taken together, the indicated design solutions ensure the adaptability of the device to changes in the most significant operating conditions - spatial position and illumination level.
