Abstract

This utility model relates to instrumentation, specifically to devices for measuring current characteristics, and can be used as a device for recording current fluctuations. The purpose of the utility model is to record current signals (4-20 mA) with notifications when set thresholds are exceeded and recording them in the device's memory. The technical result is the creation of an autonomous device that records set threshold values when current signals from sensors change, followed by recording them in the device's memory. The stated problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved, by developing a device – a current signal recorder consisting of a microcontroller, a battery charge and power supply monitoring board, batteries, a display, control buttons, a current signal receiving module, an indication module, and a real-time module.

Description

[0001] The utility model relates to the field of instrument making, in particular to devices for measuring current characteristics, and can be used to record current fluctuations with autonomous data recording and notification of exceeding threshold values.

[0002] A technical device known from the prior art is a "Converter Current Sampling Signal Processing Module" (Patent CN 208766225 U, published April 19, 2019). The device comprises an electrical source board, a CPU board, an electric current collection module, a signal generation module, a microprocessor on the CPU board, a sampling module, and a modulating circuit input. The disadvantages include the lack of an independent power supply and an information display screen.

[0003] Also known is a technical device called a "Recording Device with Self-Control" (patent SU 01016676 A1, published May 7, 1983), comprising a control unit, an information conversion unit, recording current generator inputs, writing electrodes, a current pulse unit, a counter, a comparison unit, and an indication unit. The disadvantages include the lack of an information display screen, the presence of writing electrodes, and the lack of an autonomous power supply.

[0004] The closest device to the claimed device is the "Principal Current Recorder" (patent CN 209911442 U, published January 7, 2020), which contains a single-chip microcomputer microprocessor, a Hall element for current sampling, a signal amplification and processing unit, and a display screen. The disadvantage is the lack of control buttons and an independent power supply.

[0005] The purpose of the utility model is to register current signals with notification of exceeding the set thresholds and recording them in the device’s memory.

[0006] The technical result is the creation of an autonomous device that records the set threshold values when current signals from sensors change, followed by recording them in the device's memory.

[0007] The essence of the utility model.

[0008] The device comprises a microcontroller, a battery charge and power supply monitoring module with connected batteries, a display, control buttons, a current signal receiving module, an LED indicator module, a real-time module, and memory. The microcontroller is configured to record the current signal value in memory with a timestamp from the real-time module and activate the indicator module when a predetermined threshold is exceeded.

[0009] Implementation of a utility model.

[0010] The device consists of a microcontroller (1) that processes input current signals; a battery charge and power supply control module (2) with batteries (3) connected to it; a display (4) that shows the value of the current signal in real time; control buttons (5); a current signal receiving module (6) with contacts for connecting a device for reading current signals; an indication module (7) made in the form of an LED; a real-time module (8) connected to the microcontroller to generate a timestamp.

[0011] The device operates as follows. When turned on, the microcontroller (1) is powered by batteries (3) via the control module (2). Using the control buttons (5), the user sets the threshold values, which are displayed on the display (4) and stored in memory. The current signal (4-20 mA range) from the sensor comes through the receiving module (6), is processed by the microcontroller (1) and is displayed on the display (4). When the set threshold value is exceeded, the microcontroller (1) records the current value of the current signal along with the timestamp from the real-time module (8) in memory and supplies voltage to the indication module (7) - the LED lights up, providing a visual alert. The recorded data is saved for later analysis.

[0012] Industrial applicability.

[0013] The device can be made from standard electronic components.
