Abstract

The proposed utility model relates to construction and can be used in the manufacture of three-layer sandwich panels used in building envelopes, including gates, doors, and shutters. The technical result of the proposed utility model is to eliminate the influence of mutual misalignment of the metal sheets of three-layer sandwich panels on the linear dimensions of the building structure, thereby improving the dimensional accuracy of building structures assembled from sandwich panels. This technical result is achieved by one of the metal sheets of the three-layer sandwich panel having a width smaller than the nominal panel size by the amount of tolerance for mutual misalignment of the sheets, while the other sheet is manufactured to the nominal size, with the metal sheets of the panel being designed with parallel support pads at the top and bottom of the sheets.When assembling panels, adjacent panels are connected via the specified support pads. A three-layer sandwich panel comprises two formed metal sheets, between which a porous thermal insulation material is located. On one end of the panel, two symmetrical lateral projections are provided adjacent to the walls. The outer surfaces of the projections lie in the planes of the metal walls, forming a groove between them. On the opposite side of the panel, a central projection is provided, the width of which is smaller than the distance between the lateral projections. When joining three-layer sandwich panels, the central projection of one panel fits between the lateral projections of the other panel. 3 fig.

Description

[0001] The utility model relates to construction, namely to the construction of three-layer sandwich panels containing two metal sheets and a thermal insulation material located between them.

[0002] A "SANDWICH PANEL" RU 125595 [1] is known, comprising two metal moulded walls, between which a porous material is located (the thickness of the panel is significantly less than the length and width of the panel), on one end side of the panel there are two lateral symmetrical projections (synonym ridge), adjacent to the walls (the outer walls of the projections lie in the planes of the metal walls), (with the formation of a wide groove between the projections), between the lateral projections there is a first seal, on the opposite end side of the panel there is a central projection (synonyms ridge, tenon), the width of which is less than the distance between the lateral projections (the central projection can fit between the lateral projections of an adjacent panel), characterized in that the central projection consists of two (convex) ridges (synonym projections), between which the second seal is located.

[0003] The disadvantage of the known design is that when assembling the building structure, the panels are joined with curved surfaces: the cylindrical side projections are joined with the concave sections of the central projection, as a result of which the slightest deviation of the curved surfaces from the nominal dimensions or distortion in the building structure of the frame on which the panels are installed leads to a change in the size of the building structure assembled from these panels.

[0004] The closest to the claimed technical solution is the “Construction of walls from three-layer panels with a filler made of polyurethane foam” RU 95005 [2], installed on a frame formed by metal profiles, with closed seams between the panels with flashing strips, the walls of which have a cross-section in the form of wedge hooks, characterized in that the connection of 3-layer panels with a filler is made end-to-end according to the principle of a “wedge lock”, while the function of the flashing strip is performed by the elements of the edge of the panel, formed by the method of continuous rolling and pouring during the manufacturing process of the panels, and made with one or two protrusions (steps) on one panel and the same shape of depressions on the other panel, while the insulation is made of rigid polyurethane foam with a thickness of 40-200 mm, and the outer cladding of the 3-layer panel is made of metal, flat or corrugated, with a coating.

[0005] The disadvantage of this design is that the metal sheets of the panel have the same width, as a result of which, when they shift relative to each other due to technological deviations in production, the linear size of the building structure changes.

[0006] The technical result of the proposed utility model is the elimination of the influence on the linear dimensions of a building structure assembled from sandwich panels:

[0007] geometry of locking elements,

[0008] mutual distortion of metal sheets of the panel.

[0009] The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in a three-layer sandwich panel, containing two metal sheets and a heat-insulating material placed between them, having two lateral projections on one end side with the formation of a groove between them and a central projection on the opposite side, one of the metal sheets has a width less than the nominal size by the amount of tolerance for mutual skew of the sheets, while the other sheet is made of the nominal size, and the metal sheets of the panel themselves are made with support areas parallel to each other in the upper and lower parts of the sheets.

[0010] A three-layer sandwich panel design comprising two formed metal sheets between which a porous heat-insulating material is located, on one end side of the panel there are two lateral symmetrical projections adjacent to the walls with the formation of a groove between them, on the opposite side of the panel there is a central projection, the width of which is less than the distance between the lateral projections, wherein the central projection of the panel is designed with the possibility of being placed between the lateral projections of another sandwich panel when they are joined, characterized in that one of the metal sheets has a width less than the nominal size of the panel by the amount of tolerance for mutual skew of the sheets, while the other sheet is made of a nominal size, while the metal sheets of the panel are made with support areas parallel to each other in the upper and lower parts of the sheets, said areas serve for contact with the other panel during the assembly of the building structure.

[0011] Fig. 1 illustrates how the specified defects can affect the size of the building structure, where:

[0012] a) the result of joining two panels with curved surfaces, in the case of installing panels on a base that deviates from straightness;

[0013] b) the result of joining panels with metal sheets of the same width, having a one-sided offset of one sheet relative to the other by 2 mm;

[0014] c) the result of joining panels with metal sheets of the same width, having a multi-directional offset of one sheet relative to the other by 2 mm.

[0015] The design of the three-layer sandwich panel of the proposed utility model is shown in Fig. 2, which shows a cross-section of the three-layer sandwich panel in section, the following elements are marked:

[0016] 1. - metal sheets;

[0017] 2. - thermal insulation material;

[0018] 3. - central protrusion;

[0019] 4. - lateral symmetrical projections;

[0020] 5. - support platforms;

[0021] L - nominal panel width;

[0022] Δ - tolerance of mutual shift of sandwich panel sheets.

[0023] Fig. 3 illustrates the result of joining three-layer sandwich panels of the proposed design into a building structure in two versions:

[0024] a) the sheets of the joined panels are shifted to one side;

[0025] b) the sheets of the joined panels are shifted in different directions.

[0026] It can be seen that the skew of the sheets does not affect the overall size of the building structure.

[0027] Device and operation.

[0028] When assembling a building structure, three-layer sandwich panels are joined using the specified support pads. Since one sheet has a width smaller than the nominal panel width by the permissible deviation in the mutual arrangement of sheets, and the opposite sheet has a width equal to the nominal panel size, mutual misalignment of the sheets does not affect the size of the structure. When joining panels, the outer walls of the central projection and the inner walls of the side projections must not touch each other and may be parallel to each other. Contact between the two panels during their joining must be ensured only by parallel support pads. When using this type of three-layer sandwich panel design, the tolerance for the mutual misalignment of the sheets does not affect the dimensional tolerance of the building structure. The dimensional tolerance of the building structure depends only on the width tolerance of the three-layer sandwich panel.

[0029] Industrial applicability.

[0030] The utility model can be successfully applied to the production of heat-insulating, durable three-layer sandwich panels with a wide range of applications from construction to sectional enclosing devices, including shutters, doors or garage doors.
