Abstract
Description
[0001] Field of technology to which the invention relates
[0002] The utility model relates to the field of industrial transport and automation of warehouse and production operations, namely to mobile transport and storage robotic devices designed for the automatic change of pallet companions on the work tables of processing machines.
[0003] Technology Level
[0004] The closest analogue is a universal electric forklift truck containing a self-propelled chassis, a lifting mast and extendable forks for gripping cargo (RU 154207 U1, 12.12.2014).
[0005] A disadvantage of the known device is low productivity during machine maintenance, due to the need to make empty runs between the production area and the assembly area to replace the satellite pallets with finished parts with the satellite pallets with blanks due to the design features of the equipment, which do not imply the simultaneous movement of two satellite pallets.
[0006] Disclosure of the essence of the invention
[0007] The objective of the utility model is to create a compact and highly productive device for cyclic pallet change in one approach to the machine.
[0008] The technical result is to reduce the machine maintenance cycle time.
[0009] This is achieved thanks to the design of the robotic device, which allows for work with two pallets with blanks and finished products.
[0010] The distinctive features are that:
[0011] 1. The carriage drive is designed as a ball screw transmission (BST), which ensures precise stopping accuracy at storage levels.
[0012] 2. The lifting mechanism is designed as a telescopic fork, which allows for handling heavily loaded pallets while maintaining minimal transport dimensions.
[0013] 3. A two-tier buffer rack is rigidly mounted to the chassis behind the vertical mast. It is equipped with side walls and bottom guides, as well as a tray for collecting cutting fluid, which allows for the simultaneous transport of two pallets (with the workpiece and with the product).
[0014] Brief description of drawings
[0015] The utility model will be described in detail below based on an embodiment and with reference to graphic materials, in which: Fig. 1 shows an isometric view of the device (general arrangement).
[0016] Implementation of a utility model
[0017] A vertical mast (2) is installed on the self-propelled platform (1). The carriage (3) moves along the mast by means of a ball screw transmission (4) and linear guides (5), driven by an electric motor. Telescopic forks (6) are mounted on the carriage. At the rear of the platform, a buffer rack (7) for storing companion pallets is located, divided into two tiers by partitions with guides (8) and side walls (9). A pallet (10) is located at the bottom of the buffer rack.
[0018] Device operation
[0019] The device approaches the machine, and the carriage, via a ball screw transmission, positions the forks at the machine table level. The telescopic forks extend, pick up the pallet with the finished part, and move it to the upper tier of the buffer (7). The carriage then lowers to the lower tier, where the forks pick up the pallet with the workpiece and place it in the vacated space in the machine. Thanks to the side walls (9) and guides (8), the pallets are secured in the buffer under their own weight without the need for additional clamps.
Claims
A robotic transport and storage device for the automatic change of pallets on machines, located on a self-propelled chassis, moving automatically on instructions from the software, based on internal algorithms, containing a vertical mast with guides, a lifting carriage with a fork grip and drives for their movement, characterized in that the drive for the vertical movement of the carriage is made in the form of a ball screw transmission, the fork grip is made in the form of telescopic forks, while a two-tier buffer rack is rigidly fixed to the chassis behind the vertical mast, made in the form of a frame structure, each tier of which is provided with longitudinal guides for installing a pallet and lateral limiting walls for centering it, with a tray located in the lower part of the accumulator for collecting lubricating and cooling liquid.
