Side reversing warning system

Abstract

The connection of a vehicle reversing warning system to the side is described, enabling alternating flashing of the direction indicators and reversing lights to clearly inform the driver of his intention to reverse to the left or right before engaging reverse gear. The system consists of a direct current power source (1), a system switch (2), a direction indicator switch (3), a main control unit (4), direction indicators (5, 6) and reversing lights (7).
