Abstract
A device for testing the tightness of vanadium redox flow battery blocks with a first and second liquid chamber configured on a mobile table with a frame structure and comprising a pneumatic distributor (4) for supplying compressed air; a first pneumatic circuit and a second pneumatic circuit; at the inlet, the first pneumatic circuit comprising a first proportional valve (5) and a first on / off input solenoid valve (7); at the inlet, the second pneumatic circuit comprising a second proportional valve (6) and a second on / off input solenoid valve (8); the first and second on / off input solenoid valves (7, 8) terminated by a first pair of test connectors; at the outlet, the first pneumatic circuit, also comprising a third on / off output solenoid valve (11); at the output, a second pneumatic circuit comprising a second piezoelectric pressure sensor (10) and also comprising a fourth on / off output solenoid valve (12); a closed test volume of the respective pneumatic circuit; a programmable logic controller (1).
