Abstract
The device and method for saving electrical energy of energy consumers partially returns the used electrical energy back to the batteries by using transformers (TR1), (TR2), (TR3) with primary windings (L1) and secondary windings (L2), whose primary windings are powered through switching units (SJ1), (SJ2), (SJ3), which are controlled by a source (ZPGI) with sequential generation of pulses at its outputs (1), (2), (3), such as a shift register, Hall sensors, mechanical contacts, a commutator, or directly by slot or reflective optocouplers (OPTO1), (OPTO2), (OPTO3), which are switched by a control wheel. The power supply consists of batteries (B1), (B2), (B3), which are charged during the operation of the device from the secondary windings (L2) of transformers (TR1), (TR2), (TR3), through diodes (D1), (D2), (D3), which are connected to capacitors (C1), (C2), (C3) and voltage stabilizers (STAB1), (STAB2), (STAB3), whose outputs (1) of the stabilized voltage supply the same voltage and one-third currents to batteries (B1), (B2), (B3), from which the primary windings (L1) of transformers (TR1), (TR2), (TR3) are supplied with a triple current through diodes (D4), (D5), (D6) with connected cathodes. The supply of electrical energy from the secondary windings (L2) is time-shifted, but at a switching speed of e.g. 50 Hz per second, each capacitor is charged with 50 pulses per second. The secondary windings have more turns of wire than the primary windings to increase the voltage for losses and for the voltage needed for charging. At the heat source and voltage source, the transformer cores (TR1), (TR2), (TR3) are permanently closed or are open and continuously closed by the poles (P ROT) of the rotor, thereby creating an electric motor.
