Abstract

Advertisement announcement set, January 17, 2019. This invention reveals a length-adjustable rib cage or spinal extender device. For young children, it consists of a frame structure connected to a metal rod with threaded bridges on either side. The frame design features a 15-20 degree curve, with the drive gears working in conjunction with an anti-rotation plate. The drive gear reverses direction and has a drive gear adjuster used as a spreader to prevent reverse rotation of the gear. The drive system inserts the metal rod; once assembled with the frame, rotating one of the drive gears moves the rod... The threaded metal bridge moves into the housing body; when removed, it unlocks the gear's reverse rotation mechanism. The driven mechanism prevents the metal rod from moving further into the frame, but instead allows it to move out. From the frame itself, when the drive gear is rotated in the opposite direction, this device can be used to spread the ribs apart. In young children, fused spines can be separated, or the scoliosis can be straightened without the need for spinal fusion. The back is designed to allow for easy additional spinal lengthening surgery in a second or third incision using a small surgical incision. They are small in size to minimize complications from injured tissue, reduce blood loss, and decrease the rate of infection. The surgical incision provides two points for extending the spine or spreading the ribs, which the surgeon can choose according to their needs. It is suitable and has a reverse rotation protection for the drive gear to prevent the distance between the vertebrae from being too far. The stretching action can either shorten the existing rib cage further or prevent the space between the spreading ribs from narrowing again in the event of a change. The rib cage dilator for young children with fused ribs is also designed to be small and appropriately sized. For Thai children, the frame is curved at 15-20 degrees to facilitate easy wound closure and can be easily inserted into the body. It is strong enough not to break or be easily damaged when inserted into the body;
