Abstract

The section provided as a cultivation equipment, consists of: cultivation tanks (110) Design a container to hold the target liquid, which is a culture solution containing suspended particles. Inside; a grate (210) made of metal in which the grate consists of a main body (212) and many holes. Through (length channel 214) that passes through the main body (212) from its front surface (212a) to its rear surface. (212b) of it; the spraying section (220) which is shaped to spray the stored target liquid. In the culture tank, the cultures are placed on the front surface of the main body (212); the collection section (240) is enclosed on the surface. The posterior (212b) of the main body (212) is shaped to collect the culture solution. which passed through the holes; the UV irradiation section (250) was arranged in the collection section (240) and was done Appearance for UV irradiation; and the reversible section (290) which is appended for reversing the solution. Cultivating sound in the collection section (240) to the culture tank.

Claims

1. The cultivation equipment consists of: a cultivation tank shaped to store the target liquid, which is the culture solution containing suspended solids; a metal sieve consisting of the main tank and multiple holes passing through the main tank from its front to its back surface; a spraying section shaped to spray the target liquid stored in the cultivation tank onto the front surface of the main tank; a collection section enclosing the back surface of the main tank and shaped to collect the culture solution that has passed through the holes; a liquid storage section arranged in the lower inner part of the collection section and shaped to store the culture solution; a guide plate arranged in the collection section and shaped to guide the culture solution that has passed through the holes to the liquid storage section; a UV irradiation section arranged at least on the guide plate and shaped to irradiate UV light; and a recirculation section shaped to recirculate the culture solution from the collection section back to the cultivation tank.

1. A culture device under claim 1, in which the UV irradiation section is arranged on the rear surface of the main body.

3. A culture device under claim 1 or 2, subsequently comprising: a turbidity measurement section designed to measure the turbidity of the culture solution through the pores; and an irradiation control section designed to control the UV irradiation section based on the measured turbidity.

4. A culture device under one of claims 1 to 3, in which the UV irradiation section is designed to irradiate UV light using electrical power generated by a power generation device designed to produce power using solar energy as the power source.

5. A culture device under one of claims 1 to 4, subsequently comprising an oxidation support delivery section designed to deliver the oxidation support to the collection section. 6.The culture device under any of the claims 1 through 5, the culture solution contains several culture components that serve as the correct substances for the cultivation of the subject, and where the culture device is subsequently composed of: several storage sections designed to sequentially store several culture solution components with different culture components; a concentration section designed to measure the concentration of each of the culture components in the culture solution in the collection section; and a delivery section designed to deliver the culture solution from the storage sections to the culture solution in the collection section or to the culture solution that is returned from the collection section to the culture tank based on the concentration of each of the culture components.

7. The culture device under claim 6, is subsequently composed of a water storage section designed to store water, where a delivery section is designed to deliver water from the water storage section to the culture solution based on the concentration of each of the culture components. 8.Cultivation equipment according to claim 6 or 7, where several storage sections consist of: one or both of phosphoric acid storage sections designed to store solution components with phosphoric acid as one of the culture components and sulfuric acid storage sections designed to store solution components with sulfuric acid as one of the culture components; and one or both of calcium storage sections designed to store solution components with calcium as one of the culture components and iron storage sections designed to store solution components with iron as one of the culture components;
