Abstract

DC60 (13 / 10 / 59) This invention represents a capsule component for a substance encapsulation process. Freeze-drying technology was used to extract the fruit of the mulberry tree to increase the stability of the anthocyanin compounds. The yanin found in the mulberry, the encapsulation components, and the alcoholic extracts from the mulberry in both formulations. It consists of encapsulating agents I and II, which include maltodextrin, starch, and gelatin. Alginate, cyclodextrin, chitosan, and gum arabic are surfactants that can be used, including Tween and S. Molecular size spectrum 20-80; solvents include pure water; manufacturing process. It consists of the steps of dispersing the wall-forming material in a suitable solvent and adding a surface tension reducer. Freeze-drying and blending Edited 13 / 10 / 2016 This invention represents a capsule component for the encapsulation process of substances.
