Cosmetic packaging of the pouch type, consisting of a pouch body made of vinyl paper to provide a receiving area for the cosmetic; a spout consisting of a fused section fused to the top end of the pouch body, an outlet channel molded above the fused section, and a removable cap with a rod attached; and an extendable tube that passes through the outlet channel and the cap with a rod to which a removable applicator or brush is fitted, with an integrated injection-molded edge extending towards the inside of the extendable tube in such a way that a hole with an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the extendable tube is provided at the bottom end of the extendable tube of the spout, through which the rod mounted on the cap slides in or out, thereby allowing the cosmetic attached to the rod and applicator or brush to be scooped and applied evenly. 2.Cosmetic packaging of the pouch type according to claim I, where the receiving part consists of a number of receiving parts defined by a partition created on the pouch body in a state where the spout is fused with the pouch body.

3. Cosmetic packaging of the pouch type according to claim 1, where the spout is installed on the top end of the pouch body in a state where the pouch body is fused with the spout and the spout is tilted at the edge of the top end of the pouch body.

Cosmetic packaging of the pouch type according to claim 3, where when the spout is installed at an angle to the top end of the pouch body, it consists of a number of receiving parts defined by a partition and the spout is installed so that the receiving parts are symmetrical. 5.Cosmetic sachet packaging under any of the claims 1-4 where the outer surface of the fused spout sachet body is made of a PET film with excellent printability; an aluminum layer is deposited on the back surface of the PET film to make the printable surface visible or to block ultraviolet radiation; a PE film or PE coating is formed on the back surface of the aluminum layer to create an adhesive seam or cover for the contained liquid; and a two-sided cap, which is fitted into the fused spout outlet at the top end, contains a sealing device. Cosmetic sachet packaging under any of the claims 1-4 where the spout edge gradually thins from the bottom end of the extended tube to the front end of the extended tube, and the front end makes linear contact with the dispenser.Cosmetic packaging of the pouch type according to claim 6 where the inward protruding edge only from the bottom end of the extended tube with a flat surface passing through the spout opening and the center of the fused part is formed as a single unit by injection molding, the protruding edge consists of a protruding edge that slopes downwards.

8. Cosmetic packaging of the pouch type according to claim 7 where the downward sloping edge consists of a protruding edge that curves downwards.
