Claims

OCR06WT1. A saddle-mounted electric vehicle (1) incorporating an electric motor (20) built into the configuration to propel the vehicle, a control unit (25) built into the configuration to control the power delivery to the electric motor (20), and a brake actuator (2c) operated by the driver to activate the brakes, in which the control unit (25) causes the electric motor (20) to be three-phase short-circuited when the brake actuator is operated up to a predetermined starting point or more.

2. A saddle-mounted electric vehicle (1) incorporating an electric motor (20) built into the configuration to propel the vehicle, a control unit (25) built into the configuration to control the power delivery to the electric motor (20), and a number of brake actuators (2cL, 2cR) operated by the driver to activate the brakes, in which the control unit (25) causes the electric motor (20) to be three-phase short-circuited when a number of brake actuators (2cL, 2cR) are operated together.3.An electric vehicle driven on a saddle pursuant to claim 1 or 2, which is assembled with an operating piece with a throttle (2aR), is operated by a driver named driving an electric motor (20), in which the control device (25) releases the three-phase short circuit when the operating piece with the throttle (2aR) is operated in the open direction after the three-phase short circuit of the electric motor (20);
