Claims

OCR06WT1. Magnetic nanoparticles consist of a core containing 50-80% by weight of magnetic nanoparticles and a shell containing 50-20% by weight of vitamin B2. A unique characteristic is the vitamin B2's bonded structure (chemical formula).

2. Magnetic nanoparticles as per claim 1 are further enhanced by a manufacturing process involving the attachment or surface modification of vitamin B2, as follows: Step a. Preparation of a suspension of magnetic nanoparticles with a concentration of 5-100 mg / ml. The preparation method involves dissolving 0.5-1 mg of ferrous chloride (FeCl2) and 1-5 mg of ferric chloride (FeCl) in 50-200 ml of water, then adding a 25% ammonia solution (NH4OH) with a volume of 2 ml.Step B. Preparation of Vitamin B2 derivatives for polymer adhesion: Dissolve 1-10 grams of Vitamin B2 and 0.5-5 grams of citric acid in 10-100 ml of phenol solvent. Reflux is performed at a temperature of 50-100°C for 20-60 minutes. Allow the suspension to cool to room temperature or 25°C. Then, precipitate the magnetic particles using a high-intensity magnet (magnetic separation). The precipitate is then dispersed into a suspension of magnetic nanoparticles with water, resulting in a black or near-black suspension. The preparation of a suspension of surface-adhered magnetic nanoparticles with vitamin B2 at a concentration of 1 to 10 mg / ml involves dissolving 10 to 100 mg of vitamin B2 derivative and 10 to 100 mg of magnetic nanoparticles in 10 to 100 ml of water. The mixture is refluxed at a temperature of 50 to 200°C for 1 to 2 hours. The suspension is then allowed to cool to room temperature (25°C), and the precipitate is separated using a high-speed centrifuge. The precipitate is then dispersed to form a black suspension of the vitamin B2-adhered magnetic nanoparticles using water.Product quality testing using nanoscale particle size measurement revealed that the magnetic nanoparticles have unique characteristics: the core consists of magnetic nanoparticles in the amount of 50 to 80 percent by weight, and the shell of the particle contains vitamin B2 in the amount of 50 to 20 percent by weight. Furthermore, product testing during application showed that the ambient water temperature exceeded 40 degrees Celsius, and the product can be used with either or both localized heating techniques (hyperthermia).

3. Magnetic nanoparticles according to claim 2, where step a. uses selectable materials from ferrous sulfate (FeSO4), ferrous nitrate (Fe(NO3)2), ferrous acetate (Fe(C2H3O2)2), ferric sulfate (Fe2(SO4)3), ferric nitrate (Fe(NO3)3), ferric citrate (C6H5FeO7) to replace ferrous chloride (FeCl2) and ferric chloride (FeCl3).
