Claims

Vehicle seat(100) incorporating:-chair(120) incorporating seat(122) and backrest(121) and-support(110) which can be mounted on the floor(12) of the vehicle(1) and on which the chair(120) is mounted, one of the support(110) and chair(120) incorporating restraint(114) and another of the support(110) and chair(120) incorporating:-first locking mechanism(129) which can be locked into such restraint(114). The first locking mechanism (120) is attached to the support (110), and the first control mechanism (134,144) can deactivate the first locking mechanism (129) to release the chair (120) from the support (110). The seat (100) is characterized by the chair (120) being composed of a support structure (123) on which the seat (122) and backrest (121) are mounted.
