Abstract
Claims
OCR10KL(23 / 12 / 2568)1. Energy storage device assembled together with: a cylindrical battery; a holder that holds the cylindrical battery and includes one end wall facing the crimp and an outer wall extending from one end wall; an annular crimp and is fitted to one end of the cylindrical battery in its axial direction; a first hole provided for insertion through one end wall of the holder in its axial direction; a groove provided in one end wall of the holder; a concave groove that opens toward the crimp and extends toward the crimp to connect to the first hole; and a resin piece placed in at least one section of the groove, including the crimp side of the groove.
2. The energy storage device of claim 1, in which the resin piece is placed in at least one section of the first hole.3.Energy storage devices under any of the claims 1 or 2, where: the outer perimeter wall is provided to have a gap on the outer surface in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical battery; and the energy storage device is further incorporated with a connecting path that connects the groove to the gap.
4. Energy storage devices under any of the claims 1 through 3, where: the energy storage device is further incorporated with a vent valve provided at one end of the cylindrical battery; and the groove is provided separately from the vent valve when viewed in the axial direction.
5. Energy storage devices under any of the claims 4, which are further incorporated with a second hole provided in one end wall of the holder and positioned facing the vent valve.
6. Energy storage devices under any of the claims 1 through 5, which are further incorporated with a flexible element including a groove and provided on the cylindrical battery side of one end wall of the holder; and the flexible element has a modulus of Young less than the holder. 7.
8. An energy storage device under any of the claims 1 to 6, which includes more than one first hole provided in one end wall of the holder; 9. An energy storage device under claim 3, where the connection path includes a first part formed with an axial height greater than the height of the connection path at the first hole; 10. An energy storage device under any of the claims 3 to 8, where the resin part is positioned protruding from the groove to the connection path; 11. The manufacturing method for the production of any of the energy storage devices under claims 3 to 9, which includes: axial division of the holder; attachment of one end of the divided holder, including one end wall, to the negative terminal of the cylindrical battery; injection of the resin part into the groove through the first hole; detection of the resin part being injected into the void from the opposite side of the void to one end wall; and cessation of resin injection through the first hole if the resin part being injected into the void reaches a predetermined specific amount; 12.
12. The manufacturing method of claim 10, in which the injection of resin part is performed on one end wall positioned at the bottom in a vertical direction.
13. The manufacturing method of claim 10 or 11, in which the detection of resin part flowing into the gap is performed on the opposite side of the first hole relative to the axis of the cylindrical battery inserted between them.
14. The verification method for checking that the resin part is positioned in the groove in the energy storage device according to any of claims 3 through 9, the verification method includes: after the resin part has been injected into the groove through the first hole, detection of resin part flowing into the gap from the opposite side of the gap to one end wall.
15. The verification method of claim 13, in which the detection of resin part flowing into the gap is performed based on an image obtained by photographing the gap.
16. The verification method of claim 13, in which the detection of resin part flowing into the gap is performed by measuring displacement in the gap.
17. Any of the inspection methods under claims 13 to 15, in which the detection of resin particles flowing into the void is performed by one end wall positioned at the bottom in the vertical direction;
