Abstract
Claims
OCR06WT1. The vehicle frame structure (10) is constructed as a single piece by casting, the vehicle frame structure being composed of: left and right pairs of frame sections (30) which are arranged at the rear of the vehicle and at the sides in the width direction of the vehicle, extending in the forward-rear direction of the vehicle, and at each of which there is a bracket (36) to which the suspension section (34) is attached; crossbeam components (38,60,68) which extend in the width direction of the vehicle, with their relative width-direction ends connected to their relative brackets, and with a rear wall (46) which arranges the ends of the crossbeam components at the rear of the vehicle, with at least the rear wall curving forward in the direction of the vehicle; and the first rib (rr) which connects the width-direction ends of the crossbeam components to the rear wall curving in the width direction of the vehicle.2.The vehicle frame structure of Pr. 1, where the crossbeam component has an open cross-section that is open to either the upward or downward direction of the vehicle, and the first extends along the vehicle width direction within the crossbeam component.
3. The vehicle frame structure of Pr. 2, where the first is connected, at the vehicle width end (44A) of the crossbeam component, to the front wall (44) which arranges the end of the crossbeam component at the front of the vehicle.
4. The vehicle frame structure of Pr. 3, where the first is constructed continuously along the vehicle width direction, is connected at both of its vehicle width end to the front wall, and is connected at its mid-vehicle width end (46A) to the rear wall. 5.The chassis structure of claim 1, in which more than one of the second (54) ribs are arranged to connect the front wall, which is arranged in the manner of the ends of the transverse components at the front of the vehicle and the rear wall, which is the shortest distance between them, is arranged in the width direction of the vehicle.
6. The chassis structure of claim 1, in which the third (56) ribs are arranged to connect the front wall, which is arranged in the manner of the ends of the transverse components at the front of the vehicle and the rear wall, in a truss arrangement.7 The chassis structure of claim 5, in which the center of the front-rear direction of the second rib is lower than the relative front-rear direction of the second rib.
8. The chassis structure of claim 1, in which the transverse components are arranged in front of the spare tire housing (42) which is arranged in the lower part of the vehicle;
