Abstract
This photo-based herbal drying machine enhances the production of bioactive compounds from herbs after harvest using controlled light (intensity and spectrum) and temperature. It works by providing heat and multi-spectrum light, with adjustable oven temperature from 25-100°C. Inside, it utilizes LED lights with white, red, blue, green, and far-infrared light spectrums, allowing for adjustable light intensity and individual light selection. Temperature and time settings are displayed. The rotating oven design allows for stirring and even light distribution to ensure thorough absorption of the herbs. Capacity ranges from 1-5 kilograms.
