Abstract

OCR 10KL (03 / 12 / 2568) The natural rubber compound formula for the coating process on patient support belts consists of: 60% high ammonia latex concentrate, 10% potassium hydroxide (KOH), 50% crosslinking agent, 50% other additives. Catalyst, 50% reaction activator, 50% anti-aging agent, cellulose derivative, resorcinol. Formaldehyde (RFL), flow enhancer, pigment, and water are mixed according to the formula. Stir at room temperature until the mixture is well combined. Mix thoroughly and leave at room temperature for 48-72 hours. Then, apply the coating to the fabric of the patient support belt product. Leave it at room temperature, or use a hot air blower until the rubber coating on the workpiece is tacky dry, then repeat the coating process until the desired thickness is achieved. It requires either blowing hot air or leaving it at room temperature for 24 hours until the rubber is vulcanized. Completed. Now tidy up the finished product.
