Abstract

OCR 07AP This invention relates to an automatic chemical coating application device for roller and canvas surfaces, comprising a slide rail, motion control unit, and chemical spray nozzle assembly. The slide rail supports the movement of the chain and nozzle assembly, allowing the nozzle to move back and forth along the rail. The motion control unit controls the movement of the chain. The slide rail comprises the chain, an outer frame, a first load beam, and a second load beam. The first load beam supports the chain's positioning and is fitted into the removable outer frame. The second load beam supports the positioning and opposing movement of the chain and is also fitted into the removable outer frame. The nozzle assembly comprises the base, nozzle tube, and nozzle. One end of the base is permanently connected to the chain, the other end to the nozzle tube, and the nozzle is fitted to the other end of the nozzle tube.
