Claims

OCR 1. Method for extracting phycocyanin from spirulina powder (Arthrospira sp.). Where the steps are as follows: A. Mix 1 gram of spirulina powder (Arthrospira sp.) with a sodium phosphate solution. Add 10 milliliters of 0.1 molar Na-phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) and then apply the solution. It was frozen at a temperature of -8 to -20 degrees Celsius for 12-18 hours, and then left to cool at 25-30 degrees Celsius. Celsius degrees to melt. Then freeze the solution as described above and let it thaw. Repeat the process a certain number of times. 3 rounds B. Take 50-60 sheets of multipurpose tissue paper, cut into circles, and fill a syringe with them. Pour the solution obtained from step A into the 50 ml syringe, then inject the solution through it. (Syringe) Use a 50 ml syringe and pour the solution obtained from step C into the syringe. Then, inject the solution through the syringe. Multipurpose tissue paper will yield a phycocyanin solution of food-grade quality. (Food Grade) Step B involves filtering the phycocyanin obtained from step D using multipurpose tissue paper. The process involves placing 25-30 sheets of multipurpose tissue paper, cut into circles, into a syringe. Pour 50 milliliters of the solution obtained from step d into a syringe, then force the solution through the paper. Multipurpose tissue paper will yield a phycocyanin solution.
