A culture medium formula for Acanthamoeba to enter the cyst stage, containing tris hydrochloride. Hydrochloride: 2.60-25.97% by weight / volume. Sodium chloride: 6.49%- 12.99% by weight / volume. Glucose content: 64.94-90.38% by weight / volume. Magnesium chloride in the amount of 0.52-5.19% by weight / volume and sodium hydroxide. 0.01-1.30 percent by weight per volume.
