Solubilizing agent 0.01-90.00 percent by volume. Adjust the volume with water to reach 100 percent by volume. Essential oils from herbs can be selected from cloves, cinnamon, lemongrass, and citronella. Turmeric, either individually or at least combined. The solubilizing agent can be selected from polysorbate or nonylphenol ethoxylate. Nonylphenol ethoxylate (Nonylphenol Ethoxylate), Polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG 400), Petroleum.
