The raw material preparation involves drying and grinding fresh sea grapes to a particle size of 300 to 1000 microns for extraction. The extraction process then proceeds as follows: First, lipid or ethanolic extraction is performed from dried sea grapes using an ethanol solution. The sea grape sediment is separated by filtration, and the lipid or ethanolic extract is then evaporated to dryness. Next, polysaccharides are extracted from dried sea grapes and / or the remaining sea grape residue after lipid drying or wetting using hot water. ------27 / 03 / 2569------(OCR) OCR 10KL1. The process of extracting active compounds from discarded or leftover grape seaweed consists of: a. Preparation of grape seaweed raw material for extraction: Fresh grape seaweed, after washing, is dried in a hot air oven at 65°C for 24 hours or sun-dried until the cells are dry and the moisture content is only 10%. It is then ground using a grinder / blenderer to obtain dried grape seaweed powder. b. Lipid extraction process: The dried grape seaweed powder obtained from step a is extracted with an ethanol solution at a ratio of dried grape seaweed powder to ethanol in the range of 1:5 to 1:15 weight to volume (w / v). The extraction is stirred with a propeller rotating at a speed of 200 to 400 rpm at a temperature of 25 to 30°C for 10 to 30 minutes, and repeated 2 to 4 times. The resulting lipid solution and seaweed residue are then filtered using filter paper or synthetic membranes. The resulting lipid solution is then subjected to ethanol evaporation until dry, yielding the lipid extract product.
