Abstract

OCR 07AP The extrusion device, designed to define and control the force applied to the contacting material, consists of a body and a handle. The body is molded as a single piece with the handle, which houses the battery pack to power the microswitch and photoelectric signaling device. A force adjustment shaft has a groove at its upper end for adjusting the force, allowing an external device to rotate and increase or decrease the pressure. A sliding shaft is attached to the lower end of the body and connected to a roller holder. The sliding shaft is a solid, vertically oriented cylinder with a vertical slot at the top center for mounting the spring rod. This slot is aligned with the force adjustment shaft, and the lower end of the adjustment shaft is fitted with the spring rod. A through hole is drilled along the vertical side of the vertical slot.This hole is drilled through to accommodate the push rod, with the upper end of the push rod attached to a micro switch.

Claims

OCR 07AP 1. The extrusion device, which is used to determine and control the force applied to the contacting material, consists of a body (1) which is a hollow, open-bottomed cylinder positioned vertically. The sides of the body (1) are molded as a single piece to the handle (2), and the body (1) has a rear end with an opening (4) with an internal threaded surface to accommodate the battery cover (5), so that the battery pack (3) is installed inside the handle (2). The battery cover (5) is a cylindrical plate with an external thread (6) on its outer surface for securing to the internal threaded surface of the opening (4) inside the handle (2). The handle (2) is a long, hollow cylinder positioned at an almost perpendicular angle to the body (1), and the lengthwise interior of the handle (2) is where the battery pack (3) is installed to provide the electrical power to the micro switch (20) and the optical signal device (21). The roller holder (13) is connected to the extrusion roller (14).With the roller mounting shaft (15) to hold the roller mounting bracket (13) and the extrusion roller (14) together, where the extrusion roller (14) is the part that presses down on the material it is in contact with. It has the following characteristics: the body part (1) has a through hole (7) at the top end with an internal threaded surface for screwing into the pressure adjustment shaft (8), and on the back surface of the body part (1) there is an adjustment symbol (11) to indicate the direction of rotation for increasing or decreasing the pressure. The pressure adjustment shaft (8) is a cylindrical rod with an external thread (9) at the top end for screwing into the internal threaded surface of the through hole (7) on the body part (1), and the top end of the pressure adjustment shaft (8) has a pressure adjustment groove (10) for plugging in. An external device is rotated to adjust the sliding position of the pressure adjustment shaft (8) to move inward into the body part (1) to increase or decrease the pressure. The sliding shaft (12) is fitted to the lower end of the body part (1) and the lower end of the sliding shaft (12).It is connected to the roller bracket (13), where the sliding shaft (12) is in the form of a solid cylinder positioned vertically.

1. The sliding shaft (12) has a vertical slot (16) at the top center end for mounting the spring rod (17). The vertical slot (16) is in line with the pressure adjustment shaft (8), whose lower end is attached to the spring rod (17). A through hole (18) is located on the vertical side of the vertical slot (16), which is used to accommodate the insertion of the push switch shaft (19). The upper end of the push switch shaft (19) is attached to the micro switch (20).

2. The pressing device to determine and control the force applied to the contact material according to claim 1. Inside the body part (1), located on top of the pressure adjustment shaft (8), a light signaling device (21) is installed to provide a light signal to the user to indicate the status of the pressure applied to the contact material according to the pressure level set on the pressure adjustment shaft (8).
