OCR 09WP 28 / 03 / 2569 1. Black garlic prebiotic tablets with added calcium contain the following ingredients: Black garlic powder, 80-90 percent by volume. Fish bones contain 10-20 percent calcium compounds by volume. Magnesium compounds 0-5 percent by volume.

2. The manufacturing process for calcium-fortified black garlic prebiotic tablets, as per claim 1, involves the following steps: - Step 1: The production process of black garlic powder. A. Select high-quality fresh garlic cloves, wash them thoroughly, and let them dry. B. Ferment fresh garlic at a temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius while controlling the humidity. Maintain relative volume at 80-90 percent for at least one month. Fresh garlic turns black. C. Take the peeled black garlic and roll it into a thin sheet, about 0.5 centimeters thick. d. Bake in a vacuum hot air oven at 50-60 degrees Celsius for 48-72 hours. Step 4: Grind the dried black garlic finely using a high-speed blender for 30-40 seconds. You will get black garlic powder. - Step 2: The process of producing calcium compounds from fish bones. A. Boil the fish bones to remove fat and protein.
