Abstract
Claims
OCR (February 15, 2024) 1. The process of extracting polysaccharides from durian seeds involves the following steps: A. Prepare 100 kilograms of fresh durian seeds and dry them in a hot air dryer at a temperature of 40-60 degrees Celsius for 1-4 days. B. Next, grind the dried seeds finely using a grinder. Extract the mixture with water at a ratio of 1:10 by weight. Boil at a temperature of 70-90 degrees Celsius for 1-3 hours. C. Let it cool, then filter it through a cheesecloth. Store the aqueous extract at 2-8 degrees Celsius for 1-3 nights. d. Filter the mixture again using a cheesecloth, carefully avoiding stirring up the sediment. Discard the sediment at the bottom of the container. J. The aqueous extract obtained was precipitated with polysaccharides using 75-95 percent ethanol at a ratio of 1:2 by volume. f. Then, store at a temperature of 2-8 degrees Celsius for 1-3 nights. Polysaccharide precipitate will float to the top. B. Filter the polysaccharides and then dry them at 40-70 degrees Celsius for 20-30 hours to obtain dry polysaccharide extracts.
