OCR07AP1. Rice noodles containing food coloring consist of: a. Rice 50-70% by weight; b. Water 20-40% by weight; c. Salt 5-10% by weight; d. Food coloring of a choice from white, yellow, orange, green, pink, red, brown, purple, blue, either individually or in combination; or natural colors of a choice from green from pandan leaves, orange from carrots, blue from butterfly pea flowers, purple from butterfly pea flowers mixed with lemon, pink from dragon fruit peel, red from beetroot, yellow from turmeric, brown from brown rice, either individually or in combination, 1-5% by weight;
