OCR10KL (06 / 07 / 2569) 1. Surface coating process for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion consists of the following steps: a. Preparation of primer and antifouling paint mixtures: o Preparation of the primer mixture by mixing the primer and thinner together until the primer is 85-90% by volume of the primer mixture and the thinner is 10-15% by volume of the primer mixture. o Preparation of the antifouling paint mixture by mixing the antifouling paint, thinner, and additives together until the proportions of each component are as follows: - Antifouling paint 85-9% 0. The additive ratio by volume of the antifouling paint mixture and thinner is 10-15% by volume. The weight ratio of additives to the volume of the antifouling paint mixture and thinner is in the range of 3-15 grams per 100 milliliters, where the additives can be selected from Vitamin K3 (Menadione) or Zinc Oxide. b. Coating the workpiece surface with the primer mixture and allowing the primer-coated workpiece to dry. c. Coating the workpiece surface obtained from step b with the antifouling paint mixture. The surface coating procedure for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion under Patent 1 also includes a step of cleaning the workpiece surface with water before coating.

3. The surface coating procedure for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion under Patent 1 also includes a step of cleaning the surface of used workpieces or workpieces with barnacles or underwater organisms attached by immersion in a 5-10% by volume hydrogen peroxide solution for 20-27 hours. The immersion in the hydrogen peroxide solution eliminates organisms on the workpiece. After scrubbing and cleaning away the organisms, the antifouling coating layer is cleaned by immersing in a mixture of dichloromethane and methanol in a volume ratio of dichloromethane to methanol in the range of 6-8:2-4 for 1-2 hours, scrubbing, and drying for recoating and reuse. 4.Surface coating procedure for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion according to Patent 1 where the preparation of the primer mixture is mixed by stirring at a speed of 400-500 rpm for 20-30 minutes.

5. Surface coating procedure for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion according to Patent 1 where the preparation of the antifouling mixture is mixed by stirring at a speed of 400-500 rpm for 10 minutes.

6. Surface coating procedure for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion according to Patent 1 where the surface coating in step b or step c is applied by dipping, brushing, spraying, or a combination of these methods.

7. Surface coating procedure for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion according to Patent 1 where the appropriate antifouling paint is one that complies with the International Maritime Organization Convention (IMOAFS / CONF / 26).

8. Surface coating procedure for preventing biofouling and reducing corrosion according to Patent 1 where the surface is stainless steel, fiberglass composite, or wood.
