Claims

1. A low-volatile electrolyte solution consisting of 0.85-0.95 M lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) in a co-solvent of ethylene carbonate (EC), propylene carbonate (PC), and diethyl carbonate (DEC) in a ratio of 45:10:45 by weight of solvent, including additives of 0.5-2% by weight of vinylene carbonate (VC) and lithium difluoro(oxalato) borate (Lithium difluorophosphate).

1. A low-volatility electrolyte solution according to claim 1 in which the optimal concentration of lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) is 0.9 molar.

2. A low-volatility electrolyte solution according to claim 1 in which the optimal proportion of additives consists of vinylene carbonate (VC) 0.5% by weight of the electrolyte solution and lithium difluoro(oxolato)borate (LiODFB) 0.5% by weight of the electrolyte solution. 4.The optimal low-volatility electrolyte solution under claim 1 consists of 0.9 M concentrated lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) in a co-solvent of ethylene carbonate (EC), propylene carbonate (PC), and diethyl carbonate (DEC) in a ratio of 45:10:45 by weight of solvent, including additives of 0.5% by weight of vinylene carbonate (VC) and 0.5% by weight of lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate (LiODFB).
