Pitter

Abstract

The olive pitter is specially designed to separate the pits from olive pomace. This device consists of a feed hopper for the olive pomace and two output hoppers, one for the pits and the other for the remaining paste. It also includes a paste transfer device and scoops with different sized star-shaped blades to break up the paste and extract the pits. The simple design and easy assembly allow for more flexible maintenance while maintaining maximum efficiency. In summary, the pitting machine solves problems encountered in the olive oil sector, for example, damage and quality of the pits.
