Abstract
The invention relates to the tooling of milling cutters (Figure-1) used in CNC machining centers. To shorten assembly times, the end of the milling cutter holder shanks can be straight or angled. by creating planes and giving the end of the handle a shape that can be tightened with a spring-loaded tension reliever screw. (Figure 8) As a result, the milling cutter is sharpened to a distance of 20mm from the end of the shank, making it more efficient. Its use allows for smooth and vibration-free tightening through this mechanical mechanism. Without this, the characteristic configuration that will enable this formation forms the basis of innovation. It constitutes. This basic structure ensures that operations can be performed smoothly on the CNC machine. The holder is applied to the milling cutters and is parallel to the angled and flat planes, with angles ranging from one to eight. Adapters, devices and Morse code machines also have similar bearing configurations: single, double, triple, quadruple, quintuple, sextuple. with octal or toothed channel and D-shaped geometric design (Figures 16-27) and methods It relates to a product developed by fastening and screwing together components. This product uses a spring screw. It offers the possibility of working without any problems or relaxation when one gets bored. The technique we've brought... It is used in innovation, high speed, and precision work.
