FIXTURE CABINET COVER SYSTEM USED IN TRAILERS

Abstract

The invention relates to a cover (3) system for the fitting cabinet (2) located on the side of trailers (1). The system includes a long-stroke piston (4) that enables the cover (3) to reach an upward and controlled opening position, a specially shaped shaft structure (5) that ensures the piston (4) force is transferred evenly to the cover (3), and a rigid frame structure (6) that supports the cover (3) from the carrier side and ensures it remains stable in the open position. The system may also include an open position sensing element bracket (8) fixed to the side surface of the cabinet (7) and an open position sensing element (9) located on this bracket that detects the open position of the cover (3). The invention reduces the working area constraint caused by the forward opening of the cover, increases access to and visibility of the equipment inside the cabinet (2), stabilizes the movement of the cover (3), and provides production and service advantages with its quick-assembly structure.
