An improved fluid sample pump with the combination of an in-line pressure relief valve, an inline, synthetic lubrication oiler associated with an air- actuation port, a stainless steel actuator housing with a centered air-actuation input port and a friction-reducing, anticorrosive coating on the interior thereof, an actuator piston with polyurethane O-rings, a shot-peened, zinc-coated music wire compression coil actuator piston return spring
