The objective of this invention is to provide a cauliflower plant and its processed products that enable the generation of high-yield florets with a long stalk, suitable for processing into cauliflower florets. The solution of this invention is a cauliflower plant possessing genes in its nuclear genome that enable the generation of florets with a long stalk, thereby facilitating floret processing and enabling the provision of cauliflower products with high-value florets.
