Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a backrest connecting structure and a child chair having the backrest connecting structure. The child chair includes a seat body and a backrest assembly. The backrest connecting structure is configured to detachably connect the backrest assembly to the seat body. The backrest connecting structure includes a backrest disassembly mechanism. The backrest disassembly mechanism includes an engagement member and a disassembly operating member. The engagement member is movably disposed on the backrest assembly and has a engagement end. The disassembly operating member is rotatably connected to the backrest assembly and drivingly connected to the engagement member. The disassembly operating member is capable of being operated to rotate to cause the engagement member to move between a first backrest locking position and a first backrest unlocking position. The seat body is provided with an engagement portion. When the engagement member is in the first backrest locking position, the engagement end is capable of being engaged with the engagement portion to connect the backrest assembly to the seat body. When the engagement member is in the first backrest unlocking position, the engagement end is disengaged from the engagement portion to allow the backrest assembly to be detached from the seat body.
