Abstract
The present invention provides compounds for use in the treatment of mild-to-moderate asthma with a high risk of asthma exacerbations, wherein said compounds binds bind the cytokines IL-13 and TSLP. High risk of asthma exacerbations is assessed according to specific biomarkers, in particular elevated levels of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) and an elevated eosinophil count in blood.
