Anti-BTLA antibodies and uses of the same

Abstract

Described herein are treatments and preventions for autoimmune disease or inflammatory disease using agonistic antibodies that bind to BTLA, and uses of an anti-BTLA antibody in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of an autoimmune disease or inflammatory disease. Also described herein are methods of agonizing BTLA activity without blocking or preventing the binding of HVEM to BTLA by administering an agonistic antibody that binds to BTLA.
