Abstract

The industry anticipates the development of antibody-drug conjugates capable of systemic administration and specifically delivering STING agonists to target cells or organs (e.g., tumor sites), as well as therapeutic agents and / or treatments using these antibody-drug conjugates for diseases associated with STING agonist activity, such as diseases treatable through immune activation (e.g., cancer). According to the present invention, a novel antibody-CDN derivative conjugate capable of systemic administration and exhibiting antitumor effects in tumors expressing antigens can be provided.
