Abstract

The stapler (1) includes a dispensing channel (8) and a pushing part (9). The dispensing channel (8) is provided with a first protrusion (21) protruding in the direction from the needle dispensing part (2) toward the binding part (3), and extends in the direction of intersecting the needle channel (23), through which the drive plate (7) dispensing the formed needle (10af) and the formed needle (10af) dispensing by the drive plate (7) pass. The pushing part (9) pushes the connecting needle (11) separated by the formed needle (10af) dispensing by the drive plate (7) against the drive plate (7) passing through the dispensing channel (8).
