Abstract

The present invention provides an unloading method, an unloading module, and an electronic device handling system including the same, which can quickly unload electronic devices onto trays according to their grades. The method for unloading tested electronic devices in an electronic device handling system according to the present invention comprises: a tray preparation step, preparing a first tray for accommodating a plurality of electronic devices and a second tray for accommodating the electronic devices according to their grades; and a transfer step, transferring the electronic devices from the first tray to the second tray according to their grades.
