Abstract

This invention discloses a heteroaryl amine compound, its pharmaceutical composition, and its application. Specifically, this invention discloses a compound as shown in formula (I), its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, its solvate, or a solvate of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound of this invention has one or more of the following advantages: (1) excellent agonistic activity against 5-HT4 receptor; (2) good selective agonistic activity against 5-HT4 receptor; (3) significantly reduces the risk of cardiotoxicity caused by hERG channel inhibition; and (4) excellent intestinal tissue selectivity and low systemic exposure, which can reduce the risk of circulatory system safety.
