Abstract

The hollow resin particle according to an embodiment of the present invention has a shell portion and a hollow portion surrounded by the shell portion, wherein the shell portion comprises a polymer (P1) having a specific ether structure and a non-crosslinkable polymer (P2), and the total light transmittance in the thickness direction of a cured product having a thickness of 1.0 mm, obtained by mixing and curing 10 wt% of the hollow resin particles, a polyphenylene ether resin, a cross-linking agent, and a polymerization initiator, is 20.00% or less.
